Delivery Information

1. Our boxes are delivered in a flat, unassembled form for self-assembly. Contact us for more instructions on assembling your boxes. However, other forms of delivery are available in bigger quantities. Drop us a line in case you are interested in other form of delivery.

2. The production time depends on the box variant, whilst shipping time on the localisation. The boxes without imprint are produced within 7 days. The shipping may take from 3 to 5 business days.

The production process of the boxes ordered with graphic design lasts from 14 to 21 days (depending on the product) from the time of crediting the payment. In the case of a courier delivery, the completion time must be additionally extended by the time necessary for the delivery, which is approximately 3-5 working days..

The completion time for non-standard orders is determined on an individual basis.

3. Standard product delivery may subject to 3 – 5 working days except public holidays, subject to stock availability and delivery location.

4. Custom made product delivery may take 2-3 working weeks except public holidays, subject to delivery location.

5. We offer delivery of your packaging in parcels, big quantities will be arranged separately. There is also a possibility that the courier delivery might require covering some additional zone fee. Shipping fee is subject to delivery locations.

6. We offer payment by credit card, bank transfer and other available payment gateways. In the case of a bank transfer, the completion time of the order may be extended by a few days if not instant transfer. Please note that all the costs related with bank transfer, including the costs charged on the recipient, should be covered by the Buyer. Otherwise the order will not be deemed as fully paid, which may result in the production being delayed.

7. We do not begin the production process until the payment is registered in our system.

8. You agree to inspect the received products and services on delivery confirming that they are free from any apparent defects or damage.

9. How can I check the status of parcel? The status of your parcel can be checked via the order number. You receive such number in a mail confirming that your order is ready for shipping. You will also find a direct link to the courier company, which will handle your shipping. However, you can also ask us (if so, please provide us with your order number).

10. We don’t offer self pick-up, but we are working on it!
