In order to simplify the process of filing complaints, we have created a complaint form. Use it to inform us about any issues with our products or services.
The process of filing a complaint is as follows:
1. Describe your issues concerning your complaint in our complaint form. Remember to share as many details as possible – it will help us to speed up the process.
2. We will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your complaint.
3. We will review your complaint within 3 days. Then our team will contact you with the decision.
4. We might need to send the boxes to our printing facility. In such a situation, we will cover the costs of shipping them back to us.
5. Every complaint is reviewed personally.
